Do you suffer from frequent headaches, jaw pain, migraines, or
muscle aches around the neck and jaw? This could be a sign of Myofascial
Pain Dysfunction or Tempromandibular Dysfunction. Myofascial Pain is a
disorder of the muscles of the face, jaw, and neck that can result in
headaches, muscle aches, and can exacerbate migraine headaches.
Tempromandibular Dysfunction or TMD is a disorder specific to the jaw joints
and can result in chronic clicking or popping in the jaws or even pain and
limited opening with the jaws. Dr Henry, a recent addition to our team, has
received specialized training in how to deal with these and other chronic
pain disorders of the face neck and jaw. If feel you may be dealing with
these or other types of head and neck pain make an appointment today!
