If you find yourself waking up with a headache or a sore jaw after a night of restless sleep, you may be surprised to discover that it may be because you are grinding your teeth when you sleep, without even knowing it.
Teeth grinding, officially known as “bruxism”, is the clenching together of your jaw and grinding of the upper and lower teeth. Left untreated, it could lead to painful, sensitive, loose teeth or teeth that are worn down. It could result in a tight or sore jaw which could cause headaches, earaches or neck pain. Grinding can even fracture teeth and crack fillings.
We can analyze the cause of your teeth grinding and take steps to fix or diminish the problem, and help you get a good night’s sleep!
I just really want to thank everyone there at your dental office for doing an ‘AWESOME’ job.
This is the FIRST time ever, since I was young, that I was able to ‘go to the dentist’…and leave at the end of a session “PAIN FREE”!
I truly appreciate the time, and effort everyone put in, to make my visit truly comfortable.
Thank sooo much!
What a great turn out at the Annual Down Syndrome Walk-a-thon at Lake Eola Park in Downtown Orlando. There was about 6,000 people. A good time was had by all……. we had a table representing our services and lots of people stopped by and learned about all we can do for their child. So many people find it hard to find a dentist that will sedate their child in order to examine, xray and clean their teeth.
